Neshonoc Manor, is owned and operated by Lakeview Health Center and La Crosse County. Neshonoc Manor is a 15 bed Community Based Residential Facility serving adults with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges. Care needs range from independent to full care. Residents may have oxygen and need assistance with insulin, as we have general oversight from nursing staff. Neshonoc Manor provides 24 hour awake staff. Residents at Neshonoc Manor have an opportunity for other services such as OT/PT therapy. Smoking is allowed in designated spaces.
