We have many features other apartments don't have. You must be at least 62 years of age to reside here. Tenants have a choice to get involved in as much or as little as they would like. Our beautiful campus provides serene views.  Our back yard is home to the Chad Erickson Memorial Park and the Vietnam Veterans spring-fed pond.  The pond is stocked each year for those who love to fish. There are paved walking paths taking you to the pond where you can sit and enjoy the serene beauty of La Crosse. Enjoy the many gazebos to sit and rest on the way!  Out in front of Hillview are views of the Shelby Ball fields and beautiful sunsets to the west.
