Answering those emergency calls is only one of the vital services we provide and accounts for less than 10% of our incoming phone call totals. Our center also answers non-emergency calls as well as providing dispatch and other support services for pre-hospital medical, fire and law enforcement agencies in La Crosse County. Our team of professional telecommunicators is ready 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist the citizens and visitors of La Crosse County when there is a need for public safety services.
