Community News & Event Announcements:

-Driftless Crossfit is hosting a 5-mile Walk, Run, Ruck on Saturday, May 24th from 10am-2pm! The event is open to all as an opportunity to bring the community together for a great time while honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Starting point is Driftless CrossFit, N6172 County Rd XX STE 15, Onalaska, WI.

-Men's Shed will be hosted at the Tomah Senior Center (11002 Superior Ave, Tomah, WI) on May 27, 2025, from 1:30-3pm. Men's Shed is a club for men over 60 in La Crosse and Monroe Counties. This month's topic is Coulee Region and Fort McCoy Natural Resources! Free lunch is from 12:30-1:15pm. Please call the ADRC of La Crosse County to register at 608-785-5700. 

-La Crosse County Veterans Service Commission meets on June 16th, 2025. The Commission's purpose is to provide emergency assistance to needy veterans and to the family members or recently deceased veterans who reside in La Crosse County. Application and supporting documents are due on June 11, 2025. Applications may be picked up from the La Crosse County Veteran Service Office at 300 4th Street N, La Crosse, WI. 

-Get tickets for the Big River Rally 2025 happening on June 27th & 28th held at the Oktoberfest Grounds downtown La Crosse. You will find us at the Vendor Market on Friday night and Saturday morning at the Veterans Breakfast! Join the rally for live music, stunt shows, bike shows, two featured rides, food trucks and more! -The La Crosse Loggers are having their annual Military Appreciation Night on Thursday, July 3rd, 2025, starting at 6:35pm. All active military and veterans get in FREE with Military ID!
