Community News:
- Military Women's History Month Celebration: "Served Like a Girl" movie screening on Wednesday, March 27th at the Nola Starling Recital Hall at Viterbo University. There will be a 5pm Social with the movie beginning at 5:50pm-7:30pm. At 7:30pm there will be a community discussion with Veteran women's healthcare provided by the Tomah VA Women's Health Integrative Medicine Care Team. - 5th Annual Tomah VA Caregiver Summit on Tuesday, April 23rd from 10am-11:30 with Resource Fair to follow. Event held at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI 54660 - Building 455, Veterans Hall. RSVP required to: [email protected]
- Rock the Vets is on September 1st at the American Legion Post 417. This event will fundraise to support local veterans. There will be 8 hours of music, food and beverage. More details to follow!
- Wisconsin offers Veterans Family Camp weekends every fall and sprint for military service veterans and their families. The camp is located outside the Wisconsin Dells area. 2024 spring session dates are April 26-28, 2024. Registration or for more information: www.EastersealsWisconsin.com or call 608-254-2502 ext 190.
