For information about government life insurance, contact the VA Insurance Center in Philadelphia toll free at 1-800-669-8477.  To file a life insurance claim or to change a beneficiary, contact the County Veterans Service Office.

If the policy number is unknown, send the veteran's VA file number, date of birth, Social Security number, military serial number or military service branch and dates to:
