WIC

WIC - Women, Infants, and Children Program supports the nutritional health and wellness of families, especially women, infants, and children.

 

WIC Provides:

  • Nutrition education
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Healthy foods
  • Referrals to health services 
  • And more!

Wisconsin WIC Eligibility:

  • Child under 5 years of age, and/or
  • Be pregnant, or recently had a baby, and
  • Live in Wisconsin, and
  • Meet WIC income guidelines  
    • You may be automatically income eligible if you participate in other programs such as:
      • FoodShare
      • Medicaid
      • BadgerCare Plus
      • Wisconsin Works Program (W-2)
  • Legal guardians of children can apply for WIC for children in their care

How to apply for WIC:

Office Hours:

Monday - Friday:  8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Late appointments available on the third Tuesday of each month until 5:00 PM

    Wisconsin Fit Families Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Education (WI SNAP-ED)

    Fit Families is a coaching program focused on:

    1. Healthy food and beverage choices
    2. More daily physical activity
    3. Building healthful environments

    How Does Fit Families Work?

    1. We connect you with a Fit Families Coach
    2. You choose your food or activity goal
    3. Your Coach contacts you monthly to help your family meet the goal
