Sexual Health

 

Sexual health is important for everyone. Many people with a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) or HIV do not have any symptoms. Getting tested is the only way to know your STI and HIV status. All STIs and HIV can be treated, and some STIs can be cured with medication. 

 

Prevention, testing, and treatment are great ways to take care of our sexual health
Most stores and pharmacies have condoms and even dental dams in the family planning or health section. You can get free condoms and dental dams at:

Free HIV Rapid testing and HIV Partner Services
Everyone should be tested for HIV at least once. We offer free HIV Rapid Testing to anyone 14 and older using a finger-poke blood test. Call us at 608-785-9872 to make an appointment.

Have you been diagnosed with HIV? Our HIV Partner Service staff are here to help!
  • We can connect you with HIV care and support
  • We can connect your sex or needle-sharing partners so they can get tested. There are lots of ways we can help notify a partner.
    • We contact a partner for you
    • You can notify a partner in-person, by phone, over text, email, app, or anonymously through www.tellyourpartner.org 
    • We contact a partner with you
    • Someone else (like your doctor) can contact a partner

Our trained staff will reach out to talk with you about HIV Partner Services. You can choose if you want to work with us. HIV Partner Services is confidential. We will not share your private information without your permission. Call us at 608-785-9872 to get started or if you have questions.
