Commission on Equal Opportunities In Housing

The County Commission on Equal Opportunities in Housing shall be composed of 5 members appointed by the County Board Chair with approval of the County Board to serve 5-year terms; except for those first appointed, 1 shall be appointed for 1 year, 1 shall be appointed for 2 years, 1 shall be appointed for 3 years, 1 shall be appointed for 4 years, and 1 shall be appointed for 5 years.

The Commission on Equal Opportunities in Housing shall have those powers and duties as outlined in s. 9.06(3)(c) of this Code.
