Section Description: Plan, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive array of services for: (1) Adult & children’s mental health; (2) Adult & children’s substance abuse; and (3) Children with Special Needs (Developmental and/or Physical Disabilities, Autism Spectrum) 

Services Provided:

• Mobile Crisis (phone, face-to-face, hospital diversion services, etc.)
• Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Abuse Clinic (prescribing, outpatient mental health therapy, and continuum of substance abuse treatment services, etc.)
• Case Management/Service Facilitation Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)

• Community Support Program (CSP)
• Targeted Case Management (TCM)
