Send email to Chris Sander, Contract Unit Supervisor, at [email protected] describing the services
your agency is proposing to provide to La Crosse County.
The Contract Unit will forward your information to the proper Human Services Section Supervisor for review.
The Contract Unit will provide the new potential vendor with the proper Human Services Section contact information to discuss proposed services further.
The Contract Unit will await approval from the Section Supervisor to contract with the new vendor.
The Contract Unit will contact the new vendor to get any final information needed, to go through the additional contracting paperwork in detail, and to let them know the new contract will be processed and sent for signature.
New vendors will receive authorization and notification when they can begin services.
Vendors will not be paid for services until all contracting paperwork is returned to the contract unit.
