Fee Schedule

Birth Records
County charge is $20 for the first copy and $3 for each additional copy.

There will be a convenience fee of $5.

Examples:

  • 5 copies would break down as such: County charge $32 with a convenience fee of $5.00.
  • 10 copies: County charge $47 with a convenience fee of $5.00.
  • 50 copies: County charge $167 with a convenience fee of $5.00

 

 

Marriage and Death Records
County charge is $20 for the first copy and $3 for each additional copy.

  • 10 copies: County charge $47 with a convenience fee of $5.00.

Real Estate Recorded Document copies
Uncertified copy - County charge is $2.00 for the first page of the document and then $1.00 for each additional page. Multiple copies of the same document will be charged at the same rate.

Example with no certification requested:

  • 5 page document would break down as such: County charge $6

There will be a convenience fee of $3.00 per transaction for an uncertified copy.

Certified copy – County charge is $3.00 for the first page of the certified document and then $1.00 for each additional page. Multiple copies of the same document will be charged at the same rate.

Examples with certification requested:

  • 5 page document would break down as such: County charge $7

There will be a convenience fee of $4.00 per transaction for a certified copy.

If copies of both uncertified and certified are requested, a convenience fee of $4.00 per transaction will be charged
