Businesses and organizations can't dispose of some materials in regular recycling or trash. The La Crosse County Hazardous Materials Program accepts many of these materials. In short, hazardous materials are any substance containing ingredients that could negatively affect your safety, health or environment. New VSQG businesses must complete the VSQG Credit Application and Certification Form to register. These forms are used to collect contact and billing information and will be kept on file.
All VSQG businesses are required to submit a "Waste
Requested" for Disposal Inventory Form" prior to scheduling each appointment. Waste items not included on the form or unknown materials/products will not be accepted by the HHM program until you receive formal approval.
These forms
as well as pricing, are included in the VSQG Registration Packet, which must be completed by businesses before using the facility.
Please include additional documentation including Safety Data Sheets, copies of product labels and photographs with the completed form. Once the forms and any additional documentation have been submitted, your information will be reviewed. Upon
