Information and Assistance

We provide unbiased information and assistance to older adults, adults with a physical or intellectual/developmental disability, and family members, friends, caregivers, and others who ask for assistance on their behalf. Information can be provided over the phone, by email, in a person’s home, or in our office (regardless of income). No appointment is needed.
