Hillview Terrace Building

Hillview Terrace is a RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex) that many will want to call home.  We have 30 spacious apartments with beautiful bluff or ball field views!  Our Assisted Living offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.  Use of the common areas and additional amenities are included in the rental rate.  Care is provided based on individual need and is charge per service needed.  The bright and modern concept has many areas for socialization inside and out!  Outside, we have our wrap around front porch facing the bluffs, our garden patio, and our sunset patio facing the West.  Inside, we have our solarium that opens all the way to the second floor.  This area is all windows bringing in the sunlight and leading into the parlor with a double fireplace that gives you a feeling of immediate warmth.  Our dining room is also full of windows encouraging natural sunlight.  On the first floor, enjoy the spaces of the country kitchen, living room, private dining room, fitness room, spa, and coffee nook!  Upstairs the game room loft opens to the windows of the solarium below.  The second floor also offers a salon and library for tenants to enjoy.

Our goal is to allow individuals to live secure, simple and satisfied. Age in place, in a familiar environment and around those you know. We have a person-centered philosophy of care to achieve the best quality of life for each individual.

Testimonials
  • "I loved being able to live at Carroll Heights for over 5 years before needing the care of Hillview nursing home. It was an easy transition since I already attended many of the recreation programs so I already had a good rapport with many of the staff!"

  • "My husband and I enjoyed living together at Carroll Heights for many years before he had to move to Hillview. It was nice for me to eat lunch with friends at Carroll Heights and I would eat Supper with him at Hillview. I am able to come and go as I please and not feel guilty being so close at Carroll Heights. I wish they would have had an Assisted Living option years ago!"

It's wiser to choose and move to a new place when you have the ability to make that decision, rather than waiting for an emergency situation where you might have to settle for any available option.
