Monarch Manor, is an 8-bed Community Based Residential Facility owned and operated by Lakeview Health Center and La Crosse County. Monarch Manor provides adults with physical and cognitive disabilities an opportunity to live an enhanced and fulfilled life. Monarch Manor offers individuals private bedrooms and adaptable living quarters. Individuals needs can vary from independent to needing full care. General nursing oversight is provided to staff and residents. Monarch Manor provides suspended ceiling lifts and the ability for full-body lifts. Monarch Manor provides 24 hour awake staff. Residents living at Monarch Manor have an opportunity for other services such as OT/PT therapies.
