Our philosophy and program description...
Lakeview Health Center and Assisted Living strives to determine social interests, life history, special skills and emotional needs of each person to make a persons stay enjoyable. We provide an individualized, active and flexible program to meet diverse needs for achieving a social environment of enjoyment and satisfaction.
Individualized activities are planned for residents based on their interests. Each household has a customized activity calendar based on input from residents, families and staff.
Each household is equipped with a variety of supplies for staff to engage residents with or for residents to independently use.
We also create a Getting to Know poster for meaningful conversation. Getting to know a resident allows staff to find common interests with those they take care of. Click on the "Getting to Know" link for topics we like to know about people.
Please join us for our monthly household gatherings, held Wednesdays at 3:00 pm in each household! These gatherings replace our monthly facility-wide resident council and are open to residents, staff and family members. The schedule is as follows:
Lounge - 4th Thursday of the month - 2:15 - 3:00 pm
Everyone is welcome to attend!

Bible Fellowship at 9:15 a.m.
Thursdays
Protestant Services at 10:30 a.m.
Fridays (2nd & 4th)
Catholic Mass at 10:00 a.m.
Fridays (1st, 3rd & 5th)
Catholic Rosary and communion at 3:30 p.m.
Every Thursday is popcorn or ice cream social in the lounge
