What is Medicaid?

A combined state and federally funded health benefits program that provides long term care/nursing home coverage for income and asset eligible people. Eligibility requirements vary from state to state. Medicaid is also referred to as Medical Assistance.

Where do I get information on applying for Medicaid?

Contact Western Region for Economic Assistance at 1-888-627-0430 or go to access.wi.gov for additional information.

What are your visiting hours?

We do not have specific visiting hours.
Visitors with family and significant others are encouraged.  Visiting hours or length of visit may be limited if clinically indicated or if staff supervision is required.

What is your phone number?

You can dial (608) 786-1400 and listen to the prompts.  If you press 8 it will direct you to the front desk. If you go to the Contact Us tab, you will find a staff directory.
