In order to use this service you will need to be able to print, sign and fax the receipt page and legible identification to the County.  Current law requires a physical signature. The Wisconsin Registrar of Deeds Association is currently legislating on accepting electronic signatures.

• Copy of Recorded Real Estate Documents - please note you will need to know the document number or volume & page along with the number of pages for the document being requested.
