The Committee on Transit and Active Transportation (CTAT) is a standing committee of the LAPC. The CTAT provides input on plans and studies, prioritizes Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) applications, and recommends actions to the Policy Board. The CTAT meets at 3:30 pm on the second Thursday of January, March, May, July, September and November as business dictates. Hybrid meetings (in-person in Room 2106 of the La Crosse County Administrative Center and virtually through Microsoft Teams) will continue to be offered to improve accessibility and participation.
